On the 35th week, there is no change of freight rates in Azov-Black Sea region. Thus, for a shipment of 3000 tons of deadweight cargo from Azov to Marmara Sea ports the rate remains at USD 26 per ton. Despite the fact that traders are actively calculating shipments to various destinations, the number of concluded contracts remains quite low. Shipments from river ports are made mainly in cabotage, contracts for export shipments are difficult to be made.
As for export taxes, the rate on wheat from Russia from August, 28th rose to 908.5 rubles per ton from 828.4 rubles a week earlier. The export fee on barley remained zero, and on corn – decreased to 701.4 rubles.
