On the 10th week, there is a tendency to decrease in freight rates in the Azov-Black Sea region. Thus, contracts for a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports are concluded at the level of 36-37 dollars per ton. It should be noted that most market players expect further decline, so charterers are in no hurry to conclude contracts with the current level of freight.
The export fee rate for wheat exports from Russia will be 3,575.4 rubles from March 6, down 6 percent. Taxes on barley and corn will rise slightly, to 587.8 rubles and 885.2 rubles, respectively.
