During week 25, the freight market in the Azov–Black Sea region remained stable. Freight rates for the shipment of 3,000 tons of wheat from Azov to the Marmara Sea ports continued to hold at around USD 25 per ton. Activity in the grain market remained limited. No significant changes in demand were observed, while the number of new contracts continued to stay at a low level. Most requests for freight indications were related to shipments in the second half of July.
Export duties on wheat, barley and corn will remain at zero until 23 June.
In the Baltic region, the situation remained similar. No changes compared with the previous week were observed and the market continued to be traditionally quiet.
