On the 32nd week, rates in Azov-Black Sea region remain at the level of last week. Thus, the rate for a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports is 22 dollars per ton. The main directions of shipments remain the east Mediterranean countries. At the same time, there is no increase in number of grain contracts. Turkish market is still very quiet.
It should be noted that this week the rate on wheat exports from Russia from August 7th will decrease more than twice, to 444.4 rubles per ton, which is the lowest value since the introduction of the tax in 2022. Export fees on barley and corn will remain at zero.
