On the 44th week, freight rates in Azov-Black Sea region remain at the same level of USD 46 pmt for 3,000 tonnes of wheat shipments from Azov to Marmara Sea ports. The stability of the market is explained by the presence of coal shipments, as well as more active shipments of grain subcultures. At the same time, wheat, corn and barley market are still calm. Many shipowners prefer to look for cargoes to far destinations to leave the region until demand in Turkish market recovers. At the same time, it should be noted that this week, though extremely rare, requests for wheat and corn shipments to Turkey start to appear, which is probably due to lowering of export fee. Thus, the tax rate for wheat export from November 1st is 4923.4 rubles against 5297.7 rubles per tonne a week earlier. The export fee on barley will be zero, while the tax on corn will be reduced to 1618 rubles from 2218.1 rubles per tonne the previous week.
