On the 46th week, freight rates growth, which started last week in Azov-Black Sea region, continues. Thus, the rate for a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports rose to the level of USD 57 per ton. Demand for Russian grain from Turkish buyers continues to be high. Most market participants expect the trend of freight growth to continue in the near future, as there is an acute shortage of fleet for November dates.
The export fee rate on wheat exports from Russia from November 15 will rise insignificantly to the level of 4,544.9 rubles, while the tax on barley remains at zero for the fourth week in a row. The fee on corn decreased to 1,102 rubles from 1,291.2 rubles per ton.
