On the 13th week, the increasing trend in freight rates is still maintained in the Azov-Black Sea region. Thus, the rate for a shipment of 3,000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports is on average $ 65 per ton. This week, we observe that the gap between the usual level of freight from the northern and southern ports of the Sea of Azov has risen once more. Many shipowners insist on working cargoes only from Kavkaz, Temryuk or Novorossiysk. In general, the trade in grain crops continues to be very active for different destinations of shipments. In addition, it should be noted that taking into account quotas for wheat and corn, there are more and more requests for the shipments of bran, pulp, cake, flax and other subcultures. It should also be said that most market players do not see conditions for a sharp change in the trend of the freight market in the region.
