On the 16th week, it is noted again an insignificant growth of freight rates. Thus, contracts for a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports are concluded on average at the level of USD 41 per ton. Recovery of grain trade after long holidays in Turkey is slower than expected. In addition, many shippers note problems with receiving payment for cargoes to Russian accounts, which creates additional problems when concluding contracts.
The export rate on wheat exports from Russia from April 17th will amount to 3,276.6 rubles, the tax on barley will decrease to 451.6 rubles, while the export fee on corn will become zero.
