On the 25th week freight rates in the Azov-Black Sea region remain at the level of $32 pmt for a shipment of 3,000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports. The export fee on wheat  from June 21st will slightly decrease to 2 612.9 rubles, the tax on barley, as two weeks earlier, will remain at zero, for corn – will decrease to 1 168.1 ruble. Most buyers are expecting the new harvest, so there is very low activity in the grain market at the moment. Mostly, charterers begin to plan shipments for the middle of next month. In addition, low activity can be explained by the approach of the Ramadan holiday in Turkey, which this year will fall for the period from June 28th to July 1st.
