On the 28th week, freight rates in Azov-Black Sea region remain at the level of last week. Thus, a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports will cost USD 17 per ton. The situation on the grain market remains quite difficult, low demand for most crops persists. Shipments of coal and fertilizers are also few. At the same time, there is an increased interest in cabotage transportation of grain, however, primarily for August dates.
The export rate on wheat export from Russia from July 10th is 1,701.3 rubles against 1,818.2 rubles per ton a week earlier. Export taxes on barley and corn remained at zero.
