On the 15th week, dynamics of freight rates decrease return to Azov-Black Sea region. Thus, contracts for a shipment of 3000 tons of wheat from Azov to Marmara Sea ports are concluded on average at the level of 40 dollars per ton. This week there is a decrease in interest in Russian grain on the part of Turkish buyers. It should also be noted that despite the opening of river navigation in Russia the number of export shipments from river ports remains low, at the same time every day more and more contracts are signed for cabotage transportation within the country. The export fee on wheat exports from Russia from April 10th will be reduced to 3,236.1 rubles per ton, the tax on barley will be reduced by a third, to 667.9 rubles, and the fee on corn will be 86 rubles against 69.9 rubles a week earlier.
